About Our Products
1. What makes your herbal products unique?
Each blend is handcrafted in small batches with care, intention, and knowledge from holistic birth and women’s wellness work. Every ingredient is chosen for its healing and nurturing properties — nothing extra, just what your body truly needs.
2. Are your ingredients natural or organic?
Yes. All our products are made from 100% natural ingredients. Most herbs are organically sourced, and when not certified, they come from trusted growers who use clean, sustainable methods.
3. How should I store my products?
Keep your teas and herbal blends sealed in a cool, dry space away from sunlight. Salves and body butters should also be stored in a cool area to preserve their texture and potency.
4. Do you offer custom blends?
Yes! Custom blends are available for womb wellness, postpartum recovery, lactation, and more. Reach out through the contact form or email to start your personalized blend.
Herbal Teas & Baths
5. How do I prepare your teas?
Use 1–2 teaspoons per cup of hot water, cover, and steep for 10–15 minutes. For stronger infusions, let it steep up to 20 minutes.
6. Can I use your teas in herbal baths?
Some blends — especially postpartum and womb blends — can be used for herbal baths. Always check the product description to be sure.
7. Are your teas safe for pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Yes — each tea is labeled for its intended stage (prenatal, postpartum, lactation, or general wellness). Please consult your healthcare provider before use if pregnant or nursing.
8. How long do the teas stay fresh?
Herbal teas last 12–18 months when stored properly. Keep them tightly sealed, dry, and out of direct sunlight.
Salves & Body Butters
9. What’s the difference between a salve and a body butter?
Salves are herbal-infused ointments used for healing or soothing the skin, while body butters are whipped blends made for daily moisture and nourishment.
10. Can I use your salves on babies?
Yes, they’re gentle and natural — but always do a small patch test first. For newborns or sensitive skin, check with your healthcare provider before use.
11. What should I do if my body butter melts?
Our butters are 100% natural, so they may soften or melt in warm weather. Simply refrigerate for a few minutes — the texture may change slightly, but the quality stays the same.
Orders & Shipping
12. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking once it ships.
13. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship both within the U.S. and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
14. Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the handmade and personal nature of herbal items, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery — we’ll gladly make it right.
