This call goes deeper into preparing your body, mind, and spirit for labor. It’s less about the paper plan and more about how you’ll move through labor itself with confidence and calm.

We’ll focus on:
-What labor may feel like (without fear or dramatizing)
-Natural coping tools for contractions
-Breathing, movement, and mindset support
-Partner/support person involvement
-Releasing fear and building trust in your body
