This call is a focused space to help you organize your birth preferences and make sense of your options. We’ll talk through the kind of birth you’re hoping for, your values, and what matters most to you so your plan feels intentional, flexible, and aligned — not rigid or overwhelming.

We’ll cover things like:

-Your birth setting & support preferences

-Comfort measures you’re drawn to

-Medical interventions you want to understand or avoid

-Advocacy, consent, and communication with your care team

This is ideal if you already have ideas (OR NOT) but need help putting them into words, or if you want reassurance that your plan makes sense for you.
